Robert De Niro was spotted dining deckside at Nobu Southampton (the latest outpost of his Japanese/South American restaurant dynasty). The Oscar-winning actor looked super low-key, wearing a fisherman’s cap and sporting a silver beard and mustache. The raging bull discreetly held court at a big table on the back deck with a group of friends including haute Hamptonites Donna and [daughter] Gabby Karan, and managing partner Richie Notar. The restaurant was packed with VIP’s  [as usual!] including Jonathan Tisch, and hip hop sensation Pharrel Williams, who stopped by Bob’s table for a tip of his signature baseball cap to the Hollywood kingpin!
