🥂All aboard the Aperitivo train! Here’s my Mionetto Spritz recipe with the delicious new Mionetto Prosecco Rosé . It’s so refreshing and light.  Adding mint from my garden and sliced juicy peaches 🍑 from Corwiths Farmstand (851  Head of Pond, Watermill) which is just up the road from my house really takes this summer classic cocktail up a notch.

RECIPE
1 1/2 ounces Aperol
3 ounces Mionetto Prosecco Rosé
3/4 ounce sparkling water or club soda
Fresh sliced peaches and a handful of mint. (the classic recipe calls for a slice of orange only)
