Escape to the mediterranean without leaving The Hamptons! Stay and indulge at the beautiful, newly renovated East Hampton Point Resort. On May 28th 2021, an iconic landmark returned to the Hamptons scene with the launch of EHP Resort & Marina. Formerly known as East Hampton Point, the striking five-acre waterfront property is in the process of completing phase one of a major multimillion-dollar transformation. Reimagined to breathe fresh life into this historic Hamptons location, EHP is renowned for its epic sunsets.

Set on the tranquil Three Mile Harbor, the heart of EHP is the spectacular waterfront restaurant named Sí Sí that immediately transports guests to their favorite coastal Mediterranean getaway and boasts the Hamptons’ best sunset view. Executive Chef Dane Sayles, formerly of Gurney’s Resorts, is behind the menu that delivers a classic but innovative take on renowned cuisine from the likes of Italy, Spain, Greece, Morocco and Turkey.

Fresh and seasonal ingredients are integral to each dish with standout items including the signature Seafood Paella, Whole Roasted Branzino filled with Baby Spinach and Wild Mushrooms, and a selection of handmade pastas such as a Bucatini Verde with Lobster. Dishes can be paired with world-class wines and a selection of stellar cocktails including a dedicated Sunset Hour menu. Periodic live music from a rotating series of local artists and DJs complete the experience. With seating for over 300 guests both inside and out, Sí Sí is ideal for indulgent long lunches, dinner with friends and private events to celebrate special occasions and is set to become a perennial favorite of the Hamptons crowd.

EHP’s common areas and guest rooms have been reimagined, playing into the resort’s overall Mediterranean-inspired vibe. While each space holds its own identity, a modern design theme runs throughout the property with neutral tones, pops of color, contemporary furnishings and slick amenities to match.

The luxurious accommodations are perfect for couples or small groups, with a choice of four Suites, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and 13 one- and two-bedroom cottages. Blending historic exteriors with modern interiors, many of the cottages come complete with outdoor decks. A neutral color theme is embraced across all Suites with a curated mix of furnishings by the likes of Restoration Hardware, as well as luxury amenities including Frette bedding and Acqua di Parma products.

For locals, guests and boaters looking to grab a quick bite before embarking on their day, EHP’s Buongiorno offers a range of gourmet Italian pastries, grab-and-go beverages and snacks throughout the day. The espresso bar exclusively serves blends from City of Saints Coffee Roasters, a Brooklyn-based company.

Menu highlights include morning pastry delights such as Bomboloni’s and Nutella Crostatina’s to freshly baked pizza, paninis and a selection of salads available through early evening. Guests are also able to take home part of the EHP experience through thoughtfully curated merchandise available at the Resort Shop in Buongiorno.

EHP’s impressive full-service marina, which accommodates boats from 25ft to 120ft across 58 slips, provides ultimate accessibility for those traveling to the Resort by yacht. With limited availability remaining for seasonal dockage this year, dedicated slips have been allocated for those arriving by water, enabling the yachting community to dock, enjoy a meal and indulge throughout the day with friends and family.

Curated programming is core to the EHP experience as a true full day destination, with concierge services also on offer. Resort guests can wake up to sunrise yoga and water activities before lounging by the guest-only swimming pool or working up a sweat on the pristine tennis court or fitness center which is housed within a historic Chapel and complete with Peloton bikes.

For those wishing to explore further afield, bikes are available on the property as well as a complimentary shuttle that takes resort guests to enjoy nearby beaches. EHP also plans to collaborate with and host several pop-ups through the season with like-minded brands in the wellness, fitness and fashion realms, adding yet another dimension to EHP’s captivating vibe.

Reservations for the summer period are now open for both dining at Sí Sí and accommodations at EHP, with cottage rates starting from $900 per night in season.
