The East Hampton Historical Society announces the return of the highly anticipated East Hampton Antiques Show to the historic grounds of Mulford Farm (10 James Lane, East Hampton) on Saturday July 19 through Sunday, July 20.  Now in its eighth year, the East Hampton Antiques Show is widely recognized as the premier antiques event on eastern Long Island and a highlight of the East Hampton arts and social calendar.

Interior Designer Celerie Kemble [above] is the Honorary Chairwoman of the Friday, July 18 Preview Cocktail Party, which offers patrons an early buying opportunity of the extraordinary array of antiques, art, jewelry and collectibles. Ticket proceeds benefit the East Hampton Historical Society. “I have long loved shopping the antique show in East Hampton, and am so honored to be part of an event that protects the town’s historic structures and works to preserve its rich history” shares Celerie.

Both the Preview Cocktail Party and Antiques Show take place on the pastoral grounds of Mulford Farm, located on James Lane in the heart of the village of East Hampton. This historic 3.5-acre property features a restored 17th century farm house as well as several barns and outbuildings that are among the oldest on eastern Long Island.

The East Hampton Antiques Show continues to be well received by both collectors and dealers alike and 2014 will be no exception. This eagerly anticipated offering of wares comes from a diverse assembly of more than 55 antique dealers, housed in elegant white tents arranged across the great lawns of the bucolic Mulford grounds. The focus of the show is antiques and decorative items for the home and garden. Vintage rattan and bamboo furniture, lighting, textiles, architectural elements, American formal and country painted furniture, Art Deco and Moderne furniture, garden ornaments, wrought iron accessories, industrial items, paintings, trade signs, period jewelry, weather vanes, and mirrors will be offered.
