This summer, restaurateur Abraham Merchant of Merchants Hospitality, Inc. is bringing the renowned Philippe brand to the Hamptons with the iconic restaurant and a whole new nightlife experience with The Club at Philippe in celebration of the Philippe brand’s 10 successful years. With a culinary rockstar at the wheel and a sexy new nightclub experience, Philippe is set to be one of the hottest destinations this season.  The nightclub and celebrity driven restaurant will open its doors to the public on Memorial Day weekend.  Executive Chef Philippe Chow will be at the helm in the East End kitchen serving up his classic signature dishes including Chicken, Shrimp and Steak Satay, Live Maine Lobster and the legendary Peking Duck carved tableside and served with house-made pancakes.

­The Club at Philippe is the newest Hamptons nightlife destination to hit the scene this summer. A sexy, stylish, and sophisticated new nightlife venue with the most coveted DJ and entertainment lineup, The Club at Philippe will offer guests an unparalleled after dark experience.  A selection of high quality specialty cocktails crafted by master mixologists and a small menu featuring late night bites created by Chef Chow will also be available.

The menu at Philippe in the Hamptons will feature classic favorites, including: Salt & Pepper Lobster, Chicken, Shrimp and Steak Satay, Live Maine Lobster, Filet Mignon with oyster sauce, Pink Prawns, and the legendary Peking Duck carved tableside and served with house-made pancakes. Al fresco dining will also be available on the two back patios offering diners a full sushi bar.
