NEW Public Tennis Club in the Hamptons: 27tennis Affordable Family Tennis

27tennis (2145 Montauk Highway, Amagansett, 631.260.1480) has announced the launch of a new public tennis club in Amagansett for the 2018 season. Located at the former Napeague Tennis Club location, 27tennis offers private and group lessons to kids and adults of all ages, open court time, Adidas Junior Camp and junior and adult leagues, all at affordable rates and no membership required.

Launched by Neal Feinberg, a USPTA certified pro, the 27tennis facility offers four Har Tru courts and one Astro Turf court, two basketball courts, a newly renovated 1,450 square foot clubhouse with a lounge area and an outdoor patio area overlooking the courts, and a snack bar. 27tennis is located walking distance from the Napeague Jitney stop. The new 27tennis club promises competitive tennis with a relaxed, fun and social atmosphere as an alternative to pricier private tennis clubs in the Hamptons.

ClassPass, Adidas Junior Camp & Adult Sleepaway Tennis Camp
For adults, ClassPass members can book clinics or court time up to three times per month for FREE. For juniors ages 8-18, 27tennis offers over dozens of USTA Tournaments for all levels ranging from novice (round robin, Level 3) to advanced (L1B and L1). 27tennis is the exclusive Long Island location for Adidas Junior Tennis Camp held weekdays 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. June 11th through August 31st and is the most affordable tennis camp anywhere in the Hamptons. 27tennis will also offer the first-ever “Adult Sleepaway Tennis Camp in the Hamptons” with hotel accommodations at Atlantic Terrace in Montauk packaged with a full-day tennis program at the club.

27tennis has an accomplished staff of former Ivy League and Division I tennis pros as well as two former UCLA team players, Kristin Parker Wiley and former junior U.S. Open player Kyle McPhillips, plus former #1 Dartmouth player and Ivy league champion, Sarah Leonard. All pros offer private home court instruction in the Hamptons. Additionally, 27tennis provides travel coaches for juniors playing USTA tournaments who transport your child to each tournament, provide a warmup lesson, prepare them mentally and strategically, and analyze their match play.
