KDHamptons Party Pix: Women's Health Magazine & Lauren Bush Lauren Host a Party Under The Stars!
On Saturday, August 3rd, Women’s Health Mag hosted their second annual beachside bash “Party Under the Stars” at the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. Celebs and haute Hamptonites kicked off their shoes and hit the beach to celebrate the kick-off of RUN10 FEED10, the national, philanthropic 10K event series this Fall to help fight domestic hunger where joggers simply run a 10K and feed 10 hungry people in their community!
Women’s Health editor in chief Michele Promaulayko, publisher Laura Frerer-Schmidt, and FEED founder Lauren Bush Lauren were on hand to toast marshmallows, dance to Theodora Richard’s mix, and share about this great project with guests. Kelly Rutherford attended with her two children [above]. The trio played by the beach all night, lit sparklers and toasted s’mores by the bonfire, and has never looked so happy. Her angelic daughter happily posed for the camera, while her son was excited to hang and dance with DJ Alexandra Richards [below].
Taryn Manning chatted with Taraji P. Henson [above] and guests. The two starred in Hustle in Flo together and at the end of the night, with friends, were all singing their Oscar winning song from the movie. Both starlets shared that they want to run the RUN10 FEED10 race in NYC on the 22nd.
KDH, Doc, his daughter Lily and pal Chloe [above] loved this fun event which featured a beach bonfire with s’mores, a live reggae band, silent auction, and a special PSA by Laura Frerer-Schmidt for the FEED Foundation, and more!
Zosia Mamet, of the hit HBO show Girls, arrived rocking leather jacket and chatted with designer Rebecca Minkoff throughout the party. Zosia took a day trip out to the Hamptons for the party, and because of her busy shooting schedule, headed back in to work and go house hunting the next day. Zosia shared that she came to the event because she is really passionate about RUN10 FEED10 and its message of helping the hungry.
Also in attendance: Kelly Bensimon, GMA’s Ginger Zee, Monika Chiang, and Remy Brook. Kat Deluna partied with her sisters, lighting sparklers and dancing by the beach bonfire and ocean. Monique Coleman arrived with her husband and palled around with her friends Eric West and Tashiana Washington (who will be on the upcoming season of Glee).
