KDH trend spotting: Figue will be THE hottest brand of summer for haute Hamptons girls.

Figue [pronounced “fig”] is a new luxury collection for women created by stunning Stephanie von Watzdorf [below]. Named for the ancient fruit she enjoyed as a child in Italy, Stephanie shares that, “Figue is defined by a global gypsy-meets-jet-set spirit—bringing together the urban energy of Paris and London, with the natural beauty of the Mediterranean and my passion for travel.” KDH is crazy for this new collection~ this is how haute Hamptonites should [and will] dress this summer: looking effortless, unique, comfortable, and chic.

Figue designer Stephanie von Watzdorf has emerged with a collection that’s a natural extension of her personal style.

Stephanie has emerged with her own collection that is a natural extension of her personal style, which she has curated over years of globetrotting. The result is Figue: a seasonless brand for women who travel—or dream of traveling—to exotic destinations and who enjoy a lifestyle that is every bit as luxurious as it is bohemian. Come summer, you will find Stephanie in the Hamptons, spending time with family at her brother’s Water Mill home. [See her Hamptons “LOVE LIST” further below…]

For Stephanie, work related activities include elephant riding.

A Mumbai market provides inspiration for the spring color palette.

Figue’s core items consist of: tunics, kaftans, shirtings, dresses, denim and accessories in colorful, global-inspired prints. One-of-a-kind items—such as reclaimed military jackets, embellished with hand beading, and found limited-edition jewelry and bags—recreate the experience of finding those unique treasures on one’s travels. Here are just a FEW of my favorite Figue looks~ I could seriously order this whole collection!

STEPHANIE SHARES HER “HAMPTONS LOVE LIST WITH KDH READERS BELOW:

Stephanie summers in Water Mill with her husband and "furry son" Dash (above).

Adam Dell’s reggae party on the beach in Water Mill, dancing in the rain. I am the first to arrive and the last to leave. I stay until the bitter end.

Walking on the beach in the morning with our Jack Russell, Dash, off-leash before 9am. The walk clears my mind and soothes my soul. I love the deserted morning beach.

Dinner at Sunset Beach with friends.

♥ My friend, Christina’s, house in Sag Harbor and dinner with her family.

♥ Sushi Sen in Sag Harbor.

♥ Watching my brother paddle board and surf in the ocean in front of his house.

♥ Big, long lunches at my brother’s Water Mill home, on the deck overlooking the beach and the sea.

♥ We are usually beach-bound all day and rarely leave my brother’s house in Water Mill.

♥ Dinner at Vine Street Café on Shelter Island.
