Chef Louisa sources local ingredients from farmers and market stands—such as honey wheat loaf from Carissa’s Breads, eggs from Browder’s Birds, dairy from Ronny Brook Farms, and organic berries and citrus from The Green Thumb to produce highly curated, pre-prepared dining experiences brought in on beautiful wooden boards (no waiters required!).  Ranging from casual, intimate group dinners to large scale parties and weddings, Farm-to-Fête offers a range of options:

Farm-to-Feast (4-12): For small parties, girls-night-in, or family gatherings, the Farm-to-Feast offerings include Harvest Spread with assorted cheeses, pickled vegetables, and a seasonal dip; Seared Local Tuna with forbidden rice and sesame; Deviled Egg Salad with pimento cheese; Lemon and Herb Orzo with parmesan cheese and arugula; Weekly Bone Broths; and an assortment of mason jars filled with house-made salads like Kale and Chicken Caesar, Farmer’s Steak, Smoked Trout.

Farm-to-Fete (40-200+): For big events, bachelorette, cocktail soirees, pool parties and more, Farm-to-Fete offerings include a Slider Party (96 sliders; feeds 40), featuring Tuna BLT, Lobster Croissants, Pulled Pork, Chicken Salad Pita with Apple Jalapeno, Farmer’s Summer Roll, and a weekly taco; DIY Taco Boards (feeds 10), featuring chicken, steak, tuna, lentils; Smoked Salmon Everything ‘Bagel’ Steamed Buns; Mushroom Pate with cocoa bread; House Ricotta with Honey on Pepper Foccacia; Watermelon Feta Skewers; Shrimp Corndogs with Aristocrat Jam; and Grilled Thai Chicken Wings.

Farm-to-Wed (70-500; $66 per guest): For that special day, Hamptons Aristocrat offers a Harvest Wedding package, eliminating on-site kitchen rentals and staffing. Instead, main dishes are pre-prepared and served family style at room temperature, offerings include: Chilled Salmon Cakes with Cucumber and Couscous; Local Fish with quinoa, herbs and summer camponada; Grilled Shrimps with salsa verde and wheatberries; Smashed Local Potatoes with olive pest and arugula;Aristocrat Kale Panzanella with toasted pepitas, Summer Melon Salad with Proscuitto and Mozzarella.
