KDHamptons: How long have you been coming to the Hamptons? Why do you love it so much?

Giuliana Torre: 15 years. I love being in nature and having access to all the farms…and at the same time being close to the city although I only really go in to check in on the store or to have dinner with friends.

KDH: Please describe what you do/your brand for our readers. What inspired you to create Juicy Naam?

GT: I bring clients the highest vibration best products available anywhere to help them on their path to healing. I created Juicy Naam so that people could have access to all of the amazing information and products I was discovering for myself. This has very much been a personal journey and the the product mix is always evolving as I discover new things, upgrade formulas and ingredients and adjust what I am doing so that it resonates with the shift in consciousness that is happening so rapidly on the planet.

KDH: Personal style: do you have a Hamptons “uniform”? Which designer do you wear the most out East?

GT: I love to be comfortable because on any given day I am going from teaching yoga or giving a healing treatment to a dinner or benefit…the mindset is different but the consciousness has to be the same, so I love Donna Karan’s dresses at Urban Zen [left] and  Lorraine’s gorgeous vintage creations at Geminola…dresses you can throw on and wear with flip flops or heels that can take you from Sunset Beach to a black tie dinner.

KDH: Describe your perfect Hamptons day in detail?

GT: I start every day with a beach walk with my dog and at at least an hour of Naam mediation, and then work at home for a bit before heading to the stores to check on things. I keep my schedule really flexible and usually am able to fit in a yoga class, massage, nail appointment, or whatever else I feel like doing that day. I just started Stand up Paddling and love it …so I try and get out on the water a few times a week. My mantra is meditation and taking care of myself comes first, and everything else falls into place after that. I decided a long time ago that the ultimate wealth is being able to wake up every day and do exactly what you feel like doing. I am blessed to have created a business where I enjoy helping people every day in an environment that I love being in.

KDH: Do you like to entertain at home? Are you a great cook?

GT: I love entertaining at home…I will usually cook up a ton of veggies from the farmers market and grill some local fish, or invite a chef friend to come and join me in the kitchen. It’s always magical! Everything is always 100% organic and sustainable and created with  lots of consciousness and love.

KDH: What is your little secret about the Hamptons? [share a secret beach, or tiny restaurant etc] Share one thing please…

GT: Scarlett Rose Salon…just across the street from The Juicy Naam in Sag Harbor…it’s small, private, quiet…and Annie gives the best cuts & blowouts.

KDH: Please describe your Hamptons home and decorating style?

GT: I live in an old house with uneven floors…my favorite things are probably my Moroccan rugs and linen sheets and of course the mantra is always playing.

KDH: Do you have one new summer purchase you are obsessed with? Three beauty products you can’t live without?

GT: My paddle board! And John of God’s healing quartz ring from Wellnest …it’s very healing an powerful, I almost never take it off.
I am obsessed with beauty products…my favorite things are what we have in the stores…rose serum from Living Libations and E3 Live Light Cream which I use as a body cream…Frederick Malle Une Rose perfume together with Amma’s rose essential oil. Everything I use is very high vibration.

KDH: What is your favorite Hamptons restaurant, got a favorite dish & drink you get every time?

GT: That would have to be the tuna dish at South Edison…they are consistently turning out some of the best food in the Hamptons, very sustainable, organic and made with love.  I also love James Carpenter’s food at the Living Room and Colin’s at Estia’s.

KDH: Do you have a favorite new Hamptons hotspot this summer?

GT: Yes! I love Andrra in East Hampton…it’s laid back and right on the water and the food it great…

KDH: If you could invite three people to your Hamptons home for dinner [dead or alive], who would you choose?

GT: My grandmother, my boyfriend and my dog [left].  OK now seriously, at the same dinner right? Lady Gaga, Saint Germain, and my teacher Dr. Joseph Michael Levry…he loves my cooking!

KDH: Why do you feel the Juicy Naam has such a devoted cult following?

GT: Juicy Naam is about alchemy…I think people intuitively get that we have amazingly high vibration products that help cultivate one’s inner light…that is the ultimate goal in life, to accumulate light, whether people consciously realize that or not. When you enter the stores and the mantra is playing and you have a smoothie that has ingredients that are transforming you on a cellular level, your DNA begins to change, you are on a spiritual path and there is no going back.
