Celebrate Greek Easter at Bistro Ete on Sunday April 24th


My favorite restaurant in the Hamptons, Bistro Ete in Watermill, will be hosting their annual Greek Easter Lamb BBQ on Sunday, April 24th and you don’t want to miss it!  It will be held outside (weather permitting) and guests are invited to arrive at 1pm to enjoy an Ouzo welcome beverage. Chef Arie Pavlou’s creations will start flowing at 2pm sharp and served family style. Dinner will be served in four waves and include a station for dessert.

Liz Pavlou shares, “It’s a lot of fun and makes for a great family day. As you can see Chef Arie BBQ’s a whole lamb which is a very traditional for Greek Easter. Everyone looks forward to his handmade sausages, they are definitely one of the highlights of the event!
We can accommodate dietary restrictions of course although it’s very meat heavy. The price is $135 per person plus tax and grat. Beverages a la carte. It’s a fun day!”
