Summer is officially here, and Hamptonites are fixated on one thing: Which will be the hottest new restaurant openings of the season? The new ELEVEN MADISON PARK in Amagansett is an official contender, and will celebrate the grand opening of the highly anticipated “EMP Summer House” on June 23rd. The new pop-up location is the first Hamptons outpost of the recently named World’s Best Restaurant, Eleven Madison Park in New York City (below).

As the exclusive partner of EMP Summer House, American Express is excited to bring this pop up experience to the Hamptons just for Card Members. For additional background, Amex is the only form of credit card payment accepted at the restaurant and an Amex Card is required to make a reservation.

EMP Summer House will open with three different dining areas: an indoor restaurant, outdoor dining under a tent with picnic tables, and open air tables. Here’s a new twist for the Hamptons, only American Express card carriers can make a reservation, or pay with credit card. Non-Amex holding diners can still go, but only if they can nab a table by walking in and if they pay by cash. Location: 341 Pantigo Rd. in East Hampton.

The seafood-heavy menu, developed by Chef Daniel Humm in partnership with Will Guidara, will feature raw seafood preparations, flatbreads, pastas, steaks, and large format experiences like fried chicken dinners and lobster boils.
