Executive Chef Andrew Buffalino carries the warm pies to the car. We were so tempted to eat some on the spot!

KDH visited Briermere Farm in Riverhead with our foodie friend Andrew Buffalino, executive chef of LT Burger in Sag Harbor. Andrew has been telling us about this legendary pie emporium for awhile so we couldn’t wait to take a cruise over to the North Fork and have a taste for ourselves! We picked up six different pies and they were all so amazing! Check out our video diary at the farm and swing by to try a pie….

Andrew picked up some apple wood to use for smoking foods at LT Burger.
