Move over moguls! KDH readers are about to be sharing your tarmac!

StndAir, the brainchild of the ever-debonair entrepeneur Andre Balazs [of Chateau Marmont and Sunset Beach fame], launched this summer with daily flights from Manhattan to the Hamptons and back.

When the airline debuted, seats were advertised as $495 each way—and they still are–but the inside scoop is that you can hop onboard for as little as $29 each way under their “nab the first seat” option. Book a seat through the company’s online “Flight Board,” and prices increase incrementally as the seats are filled (i.e., first seat is $29, second seat is $95, third is $145 and so on).

The candy-apple eight-seat Cessna sea plane takes you from the East River to East Hampton Airport in just 45 minutes, with a maximum cruise speed of 180 mph. Forget fighting four-hour traffic on the LIE, you’ll be sipping a cocktail in one hour’s time!

Set on heading to Shelter Island? The plane will drop you off on the shore in front of Sunset Beach. Flights depart from the city on Thursdays and Fridays and return to Manhattan on Sundays and Mondays.

One of the coolest StndAir features is its social networking component. See your fellow fliers by viewing passenger photos or sign up through your Facebook account [KDH sees a RomCom script already being penned!]. Find which flight your friends are on and have your own private party onboard.

If you’re “feeling fancy,” as StndAir says, you can even reserve the entire plane online. Charter flights are also available to any airport, harbor, or destination within a 300-mile radius on the East Coast: Montauk, The Vineyard, Nantucket, no problem!

So forget the dreaded Jitney ride and catch a cab to 23rd Street. You may even nab a seat next to the lady of late-night TV- Chelsea Handler, Andre’s Hollywood heartthrob!

• Flights depart from and land on Manhattan’s East River at the 23rd St. NY Skyports Marina, located at 2430 FDR Drive (dock is to the left of the Gulf Gas Station at 23rd St. and FDR) and arrive/depart from East Hampton Airport or Crescent Beach on Shelter Island.
