ONE YOGA HOUSE is a brand new yoga studio with [soon to be opened] locations in both Dumbo and Montauk. Anna Haddad, former co-founder of BYoga (located next to Left Hand Coffee in MTK), has created a studio inspired by community, connection and the benefits of yoga and meditation practices. Anna believes in the powerful synchronicity of a community coming together to create on collective consciousness.

At ONE YOGA HOUSE, the team strives to inspire their students to meet the demand of their everyday life with strength and ease. Right now, ONE YOGA HOUSE is offering free IG Live classes via their Instagram (@oneyogahouse) and paid classes via Union.fit and will feature her breadth of classes to the bet of her virtual ability. Anna is, however, taking this opportunity to call upon her vast network of yogi friends, allowing them to teach her studios from all around the world.

In other yoga news, New York Pilates is slated to launch NYP World, their online streaming and on demand platform, any day now. The platform, developed by Heather, will feature both live classes and 15-minute on demand classes created mixing and matching to customize your workout, and 50-minute live classes with Heather, weekly, live DJ’d by husband, business partner and DJ from NYC’s The Beatrice and Le Baron, Brion Issacs.

Pricing starts at $15/single live streaming classes, $40/month for access to the NYP World’s on-demand library, and $90/month for on-demand and live-class access. New York Pilates is independently owned and operated, with no outside investors. The unique approach to fitness that Heather has instated has differentiated them in the wellness market.
