Nothing says “Summer in the Hamptons” like fitness and cocktails—but not always at the same time, necessarily. Until now… The latest (and definitely most fun workout trend we’ve seen in a while) among Hamptonites is scenic workouts followed by a bit of the bubbly at some of the swankiest watering holes in town.

Elements Fitness Studio, a boutique fitness studio located in East Hampton, has been popping up at hot spots like East Hampton’s c/o The Maidstone and Shelter Island’s Ram’s Head Inn offering rigorous yet scenic sunset paddle excursions (appropriately named SUP & Sip) and outdoor retro themed dance fusion classes (think Dirty Dancing soundtrack with a kick), followed by happy hour and specialty cocktails crafted exclusively for attendees at these iconic locales.

“Summer in the Hamptons is all about celebrating your surroundings, and what better way to take it all in than an outdoor workout or a session on the water, followed by a relaxing glass of wine or two at some of the best spots the East End has to offer,” notes Elements founder and fitness guru Andrea Fornarola Hunsberger. “Combining the two just comes naturally, and our ladies truly enjoy the chance to connect after class in such lovely settings.” For info on upcoming events and studio classes visit www.elementsfitnessstudio.com or call (631) 604-5445.
