KDH popped into the Southampton store this week to shoot some of my favorite new pieces and chat with the team about hot Hamptons design trends….

KDHamptons: How would you describe the spring design aesthetic at Mecox Gardens?

Mecox Gardens: Bright and colorful with an emphasis on Emerald Green.

KDHamptons: What are three design trends we should incorporate into our Hamptons home?

Mecox Gardens: Bringing the outside in! Zinc, Concrete and Blue Stone outdoor tables coming in to the dining room, living room or kitchen and accented with ceramic stools.

KDHamptons: What is your most unique item in the store right now for inside the home?

Mecox Gardens: A white, acrylic round table [below] with a concrete base that can either have a well in the center to be used as a vase or a wine chiller; a small fire pit element or a lazy susan.

KDHamptons: Same question for outside the home?
Mecox Gardens: Our fully upholstered sofas and chairs in waterproof fabric are a huge hit!

KDHamptons: What is your best hostess gift under $150.00?
