Jaguar took over the Hamptons on August 23rd for a road rally during the day and a glam cocktail event to celebrate in the evening at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton. A fantastic group of Jaguar owners, tastemakers, media and social influencers celebrated the hottest car of the summer, the stunning Jaguar F-TYPE. The 2015 Jaguar F-TYPE Coupe is the brands newest two-seat all-aluminium sports car. The F-TYPE is Jaguar’s halo product and the Coupe has been seen across all the major cities, including the Hamptons, when it came to market earlier this summer.

A handful of beautiful vintage Jaguar E-Types being driven by their owners in the rally, gave the guests a true look at how the design of Jaguar cars have progressed over the years. Twenty seven Jaguar F-TYPEs and E-Types took off on a one-of-a-kind journey throughout the Hamptons, curated by Andy Duncan, creator of the notorious Bull Run rally.

The Hamptons Road Rally took drivers on a sweeping driving tour of the region’s topography covering approximately 50 miles and 2.5 hours of drive time. Participants began their journey at the highly acclaimed Parrish Art Museum in Watermill, along with a private tour of their collection. From there, participants drove to the beautiful Mulford Farm Museum in East Hampton, and finally to the recently renovated Watch Case Factory in Sag Harbour where Jaguar’s British fashion partner, Thomas Pink was fitting and gifting guests with customized shirts to take home with them.

This fully road-legal, two-seater roadster with bespoke aerodynamic, expands the current F-TYPE range even further. The F-TYPE Project 7 will be produced in limited quantities and will arrive in showrooms in Spring 2015.
