The Ninth Annual Fall Long Island Restaurant Week Generates Whopping $6M...Extends Through End November




The Ninth Annual Fall Long Island Restaurant Week has been deemed a great success.  The eight-day-long promotion took place from Sunday, November —2 through Sunday, November 9 and featured more than 195 participating restaurants. Restaurants across the island each offered a unique three-course prix fixe menu for $27.95.




Long Island Restaurant Week attained impressive numbers this fall promotion.  Total restaurant revenue was estimated to be $6,097,544 with New York State taking in an estimated $379,925 in tax dollars. Still hungry? The good news is that select restaurants opted to extend Long Island Restaurant Week, many through the end of November.
