Sushi by Boū is thrilled to announce the must-attend culinary event of the summer, the National Tuna Tour 2025.  Step into the world of elite sushi craftsmanship as Chef David Bouhadana, the first non-Japanese chef to receive Japan’s prestigious Grade 1 Tuna Cutting Certification, brings his unmatched skills to the Hamptons. Flying in straight from Japan, Chef Boū leads the national Tuna Tour, showcasing the ancient art of whole tuna butchery like never before. The thirteen stop sold-out tour, now in its second year, is making its debut in the Hamptons with an exclusive event on Saturday, June 28th from 1 – 4 p.m. at boutique hotel Seven Beach Lane in Westhampton Beach.

This event is more than a show and light bites—it’s a rare live performance of precision, tradition, and culinary mastery, featuring a 200-pound Bluefin tuna expertly broken down right before your eyes. The sushi is world class but the showmanship of Chef Boū will remain at the forefront of your mind. He knows how to draw attention to this one of a kind art. His upcoming stop this weekend in the Hamptons is sure to be a true spectacle.

Tickets to attend are $125 for general admission which includes the live tuna carving, sake toast and passed nigiri throughout the evening. The VIP experience is $175 and includes a front row seat to the tuna carving behind the sushi counter alongside the master sushi chefs, meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Chef David Bouhadana and team, an exclusive photo opportunity with the tuna head in addition to all general admission benefits.
