For both Easter and Greek Easter, March 31st and May 5th, Calissa will be hosting Easter brunch and dinner. The festivities will begin with brunch from 11am to 5pm, followed by dinner starting at 5pm. Celebrate with a Bottomless Rosé & Bubbles Brunch, featuring a two-hour delight including choices like rosé, mimosas, Bellinis, or bubbles straight up. Or sip French Bubbles at $45 per person and Champagne at $65 per person for an added touch of sophistication to your Easter Sunday.

Calissa will also be offering an a la carte brunch service including a delectable mezze, featuring Santorini Fava, Kafteri, Mediterranean Olives, Melitzana, Tzatziki, and Marinated Peppers. Indulge in appetizers like the Rocket Salad or the Grilled Octopus with Santorinian Fava and capers.

For the main brunch course, indulge in the French Toast with Nutella and strawberries, Olive Oil Pancakes with whipped lemon honey butter, or dine on the exquisite Roasted Leg of Lamb with grilled asparagus, baby carrots, turnips, and mint au jus for dinner. Conclude your Easter culinary journey with tempting desserts such as Baklava, Orange Honey, or Whipped Greek Yogurt and Berries.

If you will not be in town for neither Easter orGreek Easter, you can still enjoy a Calissa Holiday Brunch on Mothers Day. On Sunday, May 12th, Calissa will feature a special brunch menu priced at $75 per person which will be served from 11am to 5pm, followed by dinner starting at 5pm.

Elevate your Mothers Day celebration with the Bottomless Rosé & Bubbles Brunch, offering two hours of sipping with selections like rosé, mimosas, Bellinis, or bubbles straight up. Also available, will be French Bubbles at $45 per person or Champagne at $65 per person.

A la carte meal options include the tantalizing Pikilia Platter, featuring Tzatziki, Kafteri, Santorinian Fava, Melitzana, Olives, and Grilled Pita. The appetizer choices range from the refreshing Rocket Salad with fig, Manouri, and Balsamic Vinaigrette to the savory Grilled Octopus with Santorinian Fava and capers.

For the main course, treat your Mother to a delicious selection of food such as Olive Oil Pancakes with whipped lemon honey butter, Catskills Maple Syrup, or the flavorful Moussaka with eggplant, potato, and bechamel.
