Seamore’s, the seafood-centric hot spot from famed restaurateur Michael Chernow, officially opened in Montauk this summer. The restaurant is open seasonally at Breakers, a boutique motel built in the 1950’s and recently revitalized under the direction of creative hospitality brand, Knowhere.

Similar to both locations of the restaurant in NYC (Nolita and Chelsea), Seamore’s Montauk highlights sustainable seafood in a variety of crave-worthy dishes like Tuna Poke with ponzu, peanuts and avocado; Seared Fish Tacos with molé, avocado, and jalapeño mayo; Lobster Roll with creme fraiche, fennel and lemon; and more.

Seamore’s Montauk also features a selection of brand new cocktails, including Watermelon Margarita with Viva XXXII Joven tequila, fresh watermelon, agave and lime, and Pineapple Mojito with Flor de Caña Extra Seco 4yr rum, pineapple, lime and mint, which can be enjoyed both inside and outside on the 30-seat patio.
