My Pretty Pastel Easter Palette

Growing up, Easter was a favorite family holiday of mine.  My sister and I would wear our prettiest new dresses to church, and then we would race home for the egg hunt that my Dad had hidden while my mom baked her classic Easter menu: a ham with cloves and grilled pineapple, Yorkshire pudding, bacon & swiss quiche, cookies, pies, and more.  My grandparents would come over for an early dinner and we would play games and eat our chocolate bunnies.  Simple pleasures! Here’s how I decorated my new kitchen in our Hamptons home for the Easter season.  I found all of my decor at Fowler’s Garden Center in Southampton, including: Pastel flocked bunnies and eggs, in different sizes, fluffy knit sheep, and baby birds nests, orchids and pansies.  Don’t they look so adorable lined  up on  the marble mantel?
