The Hamptons are notorious for our breathtaking beaches, and rolling farmland. Thankfully, the South Fork Natural History Museum in Bridgehampton works to preserve, educate, support the natural environment and history of Long Island’s South Fork.  This Saturday, June 15th, the Museum will be packed with hundreds of guests for their 24th Annual Summer Fund Raising Party, “Sofo Rocks.”  The star-studded event will last from 6:30 to 9:30 with tours of the museum and then a dance party with DJ Phresh with food catered by the talented Chef Peter Ambrose.

Susan Rockefeller, “Mermaid Extraordinaire”, and Christie Brinkley, “Mermaid Honoree”, will be honored for their continued support of environmental philanthropy. Rockefeller’s book, “Green at Work” helps bring awareness of environmentally related jobs to all kinds of nontraditional areas.  She serves on the Board of OCEANA, The Alaska Conservation Fund, and the David Rockefeller Fund.  In her “free time”, Susan designs a jewelry collection inspired by the ocean and it’s creatures…..is there anything she can’t do?

KDH will definitely turn out to support this great event ~ which also happens to be a lot of fun….grab a ticket and I’ll see you there! Here are some party pics from last year’s celebration:
