On Saturday, May 20th, KDHamptons hosted a Spring Celebration party at the gorgeous Garnet Hill store in Bridgehampton.  A fabulous set of East Enders came together to enjoy the sunny afternoon, shop the new spring selection, snack on delicious seasonal bites, and toast the kickoff of the Hamptons high season. Designers, tastemakers, friends, Garnet Hill fans and KDHamptons readers attended the party, including: Tom Samet, David Scott, Judy Ross, Blue Carreon, Wendy Thayer, Rita Schrager, Brian Farrell, Kim Hopkins, Carole Reed, Debbie Loeffler with her famous pup Pippa, and more..

The party showcased the launch of Garnet Hill’s exclusive new collaboration with textile designer and artist, Judy Ross [below]. Judy’s work can be found in luxury hotels and homes around the world and has a distinctively clean and modern design. The range of products includes: pillows, rugs, throws, curtains, upholstery and bedcovers. The palette embraces warm neutrals with pops of color, including yellow, turquoise and coral – all perfect for your Hamptons beach house.

A highlight of the party was 18 year old Hamptons singer Christiaan Patrick Padavan crooning for guests on his ukulele. You can catch Christiaan performing at Rhumba, Cowfish, and more all summer long. Follow him on Instagram @cpadavan for dates!

Hamptons floral designer Lilee Fell created the gorgeous arrangements for the party, packed with peonies, tulips, hydrangea and honeysuckle branches. Lilee is a 4th generation flower arranger and horticulturalist and has been designing unforgettable flowers for over 20 years.

Janet O’brien caterers served fresh finely chopped tuna tacos topped with Japanese seaweed and nestled between watermelon radish sticks, yum! Guests also enjoyed the vegetarian spring rolls with mango, tofu, and mint as well as the Maine lobster salad canapés with dill and capers.

The sweet dessert bar of angel food cupcakes, macarons, Tate’s petits fours, and Grindstone donuts was a big hit, especially for the little ones, above, Michael and Caroline McCool with Brady Hopkins.
