3 POPSICLES YOU CAN EAT FOR BREAKFAST

Yep, you read that right. We’re letting you eat popsicles for breakfast! These breakfast popsicles are chock-full of good-for-you yogurt, fruit, and secret delicious ingredients (think cold brew coffee and chocolate chips!)–perfect way to get your day started.

Yogurt Parfait Popsicle

What You’ll Need:
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
Sliced fruit like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and mango
Granola

What to Do:
Slice your fruits into small pieces. Stir in with yogurt.
Pour everything into your popsicle molds. At the base, add a sprinkle of granola.
Freeze overnight and eat on the go in the morning.

Mocha Cold Brew Popsicle

What You’ll Need:
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup cold brew coffee
Chocolate chips

What to Do:
These popsicles can be made one of two ways. Mix coffee and yogurt together, add chocolate chips, and freeze overnight.
Or, layer yogurt and coffee in your popsicle molds, freezing for 30 minutes between each layer. Add chocolate chips to certain layers but not others. Freeze over night and in the morning you can have your coffee and eat it, too

Green Goodness Popsicle

What You’ll Need:
1 cup packed kale
1 cup packed spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup pineapple juice

What to Do:
Like a smoothie, combine everything in blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture in the popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Experiment with your other favorite smoothie recipe for a breakfast popsicle that you can eat any time. No sugar added!
