Just because we can’t travel right now due to the pandemic, doesn’t mean we can’t take a journey to far-flung destinations through cuisine, and a curated experience. Tom Collins with a Twist: Serve this traditional Tom Collins with Cucumber Infused Gin 
2 ounces of Cucumber Infused Gin *use same method as rosemary vodka.
1 ounce lemon juice 
1/2 ounce simple syrup 
top it off with club soda
Stir and serve on the rocks. Look for vintage glasses to serve your cocktails in, they add to the charm. I found these at Good Ground Antiques in Hampton Bays :)
