Heat up your cocktail hour with this delicious Chili Margarita recipe from Fresno in East Hampton.  “This cocktail balances the flavor profiles of hot, sour, sweet and salty so well it pairs with most anything.  Pair it with light, crisp flavors and a bold vinaigrette such as raw oysters w mignonettes, clams on the grill or Whole Roasted fish,” shares co-owner Michael Nolan.  Cheers!

Ingredients:
3 oz Silver Tequila, like Herradura
Juice of One Lime
Splash of Cointreau
1/2oz Agave Nectar
1 /2 Jalapeno, sliced into rings

Method:
* Combine Jalapeno rings and Agave in rocks glass, muddle
* Fill Glass with ice and remaining ingredients
* Shake, a lot
* Rim glass with Sea Salt, We prefer the “Sag Harbor Blend” Aleppo pepper infused salt from Amagansett Sea Salt Co
* Pour Drink from shaker back into rocks glass garnish w lime wedge
