Morty’s Oyster Stand & Main Street Tavern will be sharing their delightful rum cocktails in honor of National Rum Day on Monday, August 16th. The beverages include bright and seasonal ingredients to refresh and revitalize guests for the rest of the summer ahead. Cheers!

Rupert Holmes Cocktail 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rum

  • 1 oz fresh pineapple juice

  • 1 oz coco Lopez

  • .25 oz passion fruit syrup

  • .25 oz fresh lemon juice

Method:

  • Shake and pour over ice; top with a pineapple wedge.

  • Glass: Rocks Glass

Knickerbocker Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Gosling’s Rum

  • .75 oz Simple Syrup

  • .75 oz Lime Juice

Method:

  • Shake and add a floater of Pinot Noir; top with a mint sprig 

  • Glass: Hurricane Glass
