KDHamptons contributing editor Angela Jones is always sending me great healthy ideas for cooking light delicious meals. I love this new recipe she sent today for an Asparagus Caprese Sandwich, which she found on DayDreamKitchen.com [check it out!], a great resource for Hamptons foodies! I will definitely make this for my stepdaughter Lily, who is a healthy vegetarian…
