KDH loves having brunch outside at Pierre’s restaurant on Main Street, Bridgehampton. We also love that it is open year-round and it’s basically impossible to have a bad meal there. Doc and I love the mussels, the fresh farm to table soups, the signature cocktails, and we love owner Pierre Weber qui est beaucoup charmant, and always makes you feel at home.  The sidewalk brunch scene is always fun on the weekends as well, so pop in for a spinach omelette with goat cheese, a perfect cappucino, and freshly baked pastries from Pierre’s gourmet patisserie next door.

Bonjour Monsieur Pierre Weber~ KDH loves your restaurant!

Mmmmm...the spinach and goat cheese omelettes are delicious!

If you are dining chez Pierre’s for dinner, you must check out the delicious daily specials. KDH loves Les Moules “Poulette”, pommes frites et mayonnaise [Steamed mussels prepared with shallots and white wine. Served with french fries and mayonnaise]. Or, if I’m really hungry I usually get the Paëlla Valenciana which has shrimp, sea scallops, mussels, chorizo and chicken.

Many of Pierre's pastries are made from his family recipes. He grew up working alongside his dad and grandpa in their patisserie in Alsace, France.

The live music at Pierre's is always fantastic, as well as the ever-changing art installations.

The Library seating section of Pierre's is a KDH favorite for date night in the fall.

Hamptonites line up for Pierre's homemade ice cream in the summer!
