Independence Day is approaching fast and this year’s holiday weekend is loaded with great events for all three nights, including; parades, fireworks, concerts, festivals and fairs. 9. Manhattan’s newest hotspot Lazy Point is proud to announce its partnership with Montauk’s Ciao by the Beach for Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao, beginning Saturday, July 4th from 6pm – 4am and continuing every Saturday until Labor Day. The first night of Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao will begin on Saturday, July 4th at 6pm with a live performance until 10pm, then DJ Mel Debarge spinning until 4am. Southampton Fresh Air Home’s Annual American Picnic with Fireworks by Grucci on July 3, at 1030 Meadow Lane, Southampton. There’s no better way to celebrate Independence Day than by watching the fireworks display by the Grucci family, who have been making fireworks in Long Island since the 1850s.

12. Comedy Night at Southampton Arts Center on July 5 at 25 Jobs Lane, Southampton. Get ready for a night full of laughs as Hamptons comedians Seth Herzog, Karen Bergreen and Jon Fisch take the stage. Tickets from $25.
