Lienette Crafoord, Director and Founder of Hamptons Hot Yoga in Bridgehampton, announces the opening of HOT’auk Yoga at 649 Montauk Highway in Montauk. Hamptons yoga enthusiasts are flocking to this Hamptons HOT spot to experience the benefits of Bikram Yoga and Hot Vinyasa overlooking beautiful Fort Pond. Hot Yoga followers find the heat of the yoga room increases mind and body flexibility, improves spine strength, detoxifies and purifies the blood, improves circulation, relieves stress, promotes weight regulation, builds faith and determination, and heals injuries. Bikram and Vinyasa are for beginners to advanced, and students can progress at her or his own pace through practice in a non-competitive environment.

Our instructors are top-rated, compassionate teachers, and our studios feature eco-friendly materials including bamboo floors and radiant heating. After our transformational Hot Yoga classes, our students enjoy refreshing watermelon with fellow yogis in the garden at our Bridgehampton studio and on the deck overlooking Fort Pond in Montauk. Every detail has been considered to ensure our students feel safe and supported during their yoga journey.”

Starting September 15th, both Monday classes at HOT’auk Yoga (10:00am Bikram Hot Yoga, 5:30pm Hot Vinyasa) will be donation-based Community Classes. Students are encouraged to donate as much as they can, as all of the proceeds will be given to support the Montauk Child Care Center located at the Montauk Playhouse. “We are happy to partner with the Montauk Playhouse to serve our year-round clients and to give back to our very special Montauk community,” says Crafoord.
