KDHamptons loves discovering locally made Hamptons delicacies, and this one is especially sweet— Old School Favorites, a gourmet fudge company offering decadent “Chocolate Szauce” hot fudge, and “Nutsz” maple candied walnuts. With a mission to replicate the taste of homemade hot fudge in a bottle, Old School Favorites shares, “Our family recipes aren’t just food on a plate, they’re love in a bowl and food for the soul.” By working with small batches to assure the highest quality and using recipes from family gatherings, Old School Favorites has created the perfect homemade taste in a jar.

The head Szauce maker, Michele, has called the East End of Long Island home for over 25 years. Raised in England, Michele traveled the world working as a dancer on a cruise liner until she met her husband and, together, they danced their way to the seaside town of Hampton Bays, where they raised two children, and two pups.

Behind the scenes, is chef Maria. Originally from Canada, Maria has called East Hampton home for over 30 years. Always experimenting with and thinking of new and exciting ways for you to enjoy our Old School Favorites, Maria has been able to combine her passion for food and family with her love of life on the East End where she enjoys testing out her latest creations on her husband and three sons.
