PIZZA NIGHT AT FRESH HAMPTONS

Owner-chef Todd Jacobs designed the Fresh menu to include options for everyone’s dietary needs. Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat, barley, rye and triticale. A gluten-free diet may be doctor recommended or a personal choice, but Fresh provides an abundance of choices that abide. Taking over the site of the former Southfork Kitchen, Jacobs, who earned kudos as the chef at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor in the mid-90s and critical acclaim in Westhampton Beach at Tierra Mar, offers a “fresh” concept that is family-friendly, affordable, and accessible.

Fresh Hamptons (203 Bridgehampton Sag Harbor Tpke., Bridgehampton, 631-537-4700) now hosts pizza night every Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. Guests may enjoy the three-course, build-your-own pie dinner, for $18, plus tax and gratuity. Menu is as follows:
