Calling all Hamptons foodies…..Get ready to for your mouth to water! Topping Rose House is hosting a special Truffle weekend on Saturday, Nov 16 & Sunday, Nov 17 when chef Tom Colicchio will be joined by Hearth and Terroir chef Marco Canora, and sommelier Paul Grieco as they prepare a six-course dinner to celebrate truffle season. How amazing does that sound?

Tom and Marco will offer guests a decadent dinner with white truffles shaved table side over each savory course, while Paul will pour and discuss red wines paired for each dish on the menu. The truffle theme continues after dinner for hotel guests as Saturday’s evening turn-down service will feature a chocolate truffle, and into Sunday brunch as fresh truffles are shaved over scrambled eggs. Each guest will take home a truffle shaver from Urbani Truffles and will also be able to pre-order a limited number of whole white truffles to take home.

**Guest rooms start at $525 per night and the six-course dinner, only available to hotel guests, is $395 per guest including wine pairings. Reservations can be made by emailing Eliza Nordeman: ENordeman@ToppingRoseHouse.com

A wrap-around porch, open seasonally, leads to the 25-seat bar room, a welcoming place for a drink and a bite, and a favorite dinner destination for KDH and Doc. Guests can sit at the aqua lacquered bar or lounge beside one of the two original fireplaces. Arguably, this is officially the best looking bar in the Hamptons. Striking video art by renowned local artist Robert Wilson is on display.

A mix of contemporary and traditional elements creates an inviting yet modern feel in the 50-seat dining room. A photograph by local artist Clifford Ross serves as a dramatic focal point and is set against white mill work walls and wide wood plank floors that are reminiscent of a country barn. Milk glass and iron drum pendant lamps illuminate the room, which is filled with handcrafted black lacquered chairs.
