KDHamptons Feast End: Beautique To Open At Hotel Capri

Beautique, the popular New York restaurant known for lavish dining and nightlife, will open at the Hotel Capri in Southampton (281 County Road 39A) on Memorial Day weekend, taking over the former space of Nobu and BLT Steak.  Seating 110 guests inside and on the covered patio, the restaurant will serve dinner, brunch as well as offer a poolside menu during daytime hours and a menu of small plates for those enjoying the outdoor bar and lounge areas in the evenings to dance and drink on hot summer nights.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“We are very excited to bring the Beautique experience to the Hamptons this season” says owner Jon Bakhshi “we have some fantastic events and programming planned.”  A favorite of notable guests such as Mick Jagger, Martha Stewart, and Kevin Spacey, Beautique will serve an elegant menu under the stewardship of Culinary Director Alain Allegretti, who has been called “the king of modern French cuisine” by the New York Times, and Executive Chef Greg Grossman. Popular signature fare like Duck Confit Salad, Red Snapper Crudo, and Flat Iron Steak are just a few of the sophisticated dishes planned.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beautique also offers a cocktail program devised by Charlotte Voisey, a James Beard-nominated bartender that will be available all day at the pool, during dinner, and late-night with DJ-driven nightlife.  “After the dinner service, we wanted to create an environment for fun,” says Bakhshi “with an alternative to the club scene for a discerning crowd.”
