The new Muse in the Harbor will participate in the Tenth Annual Hamptons Restaurant Week offering Chef Matthew Guiffrida’s signature “Build Your Own” prix fixe for $24.95 from Sunday, March 18 through Sunday, March 25.  His prix fixe is available year-round and is offered regularly for $28.95 all-night Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and until 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.  The $24.95 menu includes:

Baby Greens tossed in a Roma Tomato Balsamic Sour on a bed of Feathered Cucumbers topped with Crumbled Boursin Cheese in a Tomato bowl
*“Not Ya Mama’s Meatballs”
“Asian”- Sweet & Sour Sauce with Seaweed Salad
“Italian” – Pomodoro Sauce and Shaved Parmesan
“Thanksgiving” – Cranberry and Caramelized Vidalia Onion Compote
