The Last PARRISH PRESENTS ANNUAL THANKSGIVING WEEKEND SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA Held at the Historic 25 Jobs Lane Space Starting November 23rd...

For the last time, Parrish Presents, the Museum’s popular Thanksgiving weekend sale, will take place at 25 Jobs Lane in the Village of Southampton. The fund-raiser will open with a Preview Cocktail Party for Benefactors, Patrons, Sponsors, and Associates on Friday, November 23, 5 to 8 pm. The General Sale, which is open to the public, will take place Saturday, November 24, from 11 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, November 25, from 11 am to 4 pm.


John Bjørnen and Lisa Crawford are co-chairs of this year’s event. Auction co-chairs are Etta Froio and Blossom Gluck; Market co-chairs are Grace Bollo, Kathy Ciriello, Diane Ferran, and Ronni Zimmerman; and Design co-chair is Craig Patterson.
Parrish Presents features a Market, Gift Bazaar, and Silent Auction. In addition, a book signing will take place at the preview cocktail party. The Market, which is housed in the former Petrie Center for Education at 11 Jobs Lane, consists of new and slightly used items including home furnishings, antiques, estate and costume jewelry, silver, fine linens, china, drapery and window treatments, pillows, fashion accessories, and much more.

The Gift Bazaar, located in the galleries, will feature a wide range of luxury items from such specialty merchants as Antique Rug Galleria, Artikay Cashmere, Cabochon Jewelry, Gail Toma, Graphic Image/Gigi New York, The Handmaid’s Tale, Isabelle K. Jewelry, J. Hilburn & Kathy G., LSC Designs Fine & Estate Jewelry. Lynch’s Garden Center, and Peauchette.

The Silent Auction will feature: designer handbags, luxury fashion accessories, golf outings, and dinners at the finest Hamptons restaurants. Bidding closes promptly at 3 pm on Sunday, November 25.

This year’s book signing event, part of the Preview Cocktail Party, will include: Annie Falk, Palm Beach Entertaining: Creating Occasions to Remember (Rizzoli, September 2012); Kathleen King, Tate’s Bake Shop: Baking for Friends and Tate’s Bake Shop: Baking with Kids (October 2012); Caroline Rob Zaleski, Long Island Modernism 1930-1980 (W. W. Norton & Company, September 2012); and Tom Wolfe, Back to Blood (Little, Brown and Company, October 2012).

Preview Cocktail Party: Market, Gift Bazaar, Silent Auction, and Book Signing: Open for Benefactors ($1000 per person), Patrons ($500), Sponsors ($300), Associates (Nonmembers $175, Parrish Members $125) Friday, November 23, from 5 to 8 pm.
General Sale: Market, Gift Bazaar, and Silent Auction open to the public Saturday, November 24, 11 am to 5 pm, Sunday, November 25, 11 am to 4 pm. Admission for the General Sale is $5 per person, free for Parrish Members and children age 18 and under.
