The Jack Wills Brand Jumps The Pond With A Hip New Southampton Shop: Perfect Looks For Fourth Of July Parties!

Need a cute new outfit for fun Fourth of July parties? Jack Wills creates fabulously British goods for the university crowd. With a heavy dose of the hedonistic college lifestyle, the Jack Wills brand offers relevant clothing for hipsters looking for an eccentric mix of preppy-meets-posh!

The Jack Wills lifestyle is “all about excess, adventure and sexiness – and we don’t just say this stuff, we live it. Whether it’s creating havoc on the French Alps, promoting music’s next big thing or bringing our infamous Party Pants to Ibiza!” So it only makes sense that the next stop on their American invasion would be the Hamptons. KDH caught up with 22-year-old Cambridge cutie, Stewart Dunlop [asst. manager in Southampton] to get the scoop on the newest style digs to hit Jobs Lane.

KDH: Stew, do you have a summer 2011 mantra?
Stewart Dunlop: Yes! Work hard and play harder!

KDH: So this is your first time in Southampton- what do you think is the biggest difference in the style here vs. London?
SD: Home is more preppy, and here it is a bit more casual and beachy.

KDH: Which U.S celebrity is the perfect fit for your brand?
SD: Blake Lively for sure!

KDH: What do you love about the Hamptons? Favorite hotspots?
SD: What don’t I love? The pep lifestyle, beaches, bars, the way people dress! I love hitting Coopers Beach, Southampton Social Club, and Nobu.

KDH: So are you looking for a stateside summer girlfriend?
SD: I’m always looking for a summer girl. I live in a house on Carver Street with about eight people from our marketing team at home. Hamptons girls are a lot of fun, but Brit girls are more fun!

KDH: What are four must-have pieces we all need from Jack Wills?
SD: Guys and girls should pick up a JW tee, blazer, shorts, and a swimsuit.

KDH: What do you miss the most about the UK?
SD: I definitely miss my friends and family- but I definitely don’t miss the weather!

KDH: Next up for the Jack Wills brand?
SD: We are opening a pop-up shop in East Hampton for music in August, and have plans for more exciting locations in the works next year!
