KDH had such a fun Saturday night! The evening started with a big dose of decorating at The Designers Showcase kickoff party on Scuttle Hole Road in Bridgehampton. WOW!! This house looks amazing! I will be posting lots of pix tomorrow….

After the showcase, it was off to Dennis Basso’s exquisite home for a sophisticated summer soiree. All of the glamour girls and boys turned out including: Mary Alice Stephenson, Tamara Mellon, Tory Burch, Gigi Mortimer, Rosanna Scotto [who brought her adorable niece!], Jennifer Miller, Jamie Creel, Brad Comisar, and Carlos Motta- who is the only man I know who can pull off a turban!

Gasp-worthy furs aren’t the only thing Dennis designs~ his other passion is haute table top décor. Downstairs at Casa Basso houses myriad entertaining accessories that the designer chooses personally for his parties. KDH loved the white Moroccan lanterns that lined the tables last night mixed with beachy starfish which held the place cards.

A delicious Mediterranean menu of summer salads and sliced filet mignon, topped off with warm a mixed berry pavloa and a scoop of vanilla ice cream made for a perfect menu for a hot summer night!
