Forget Sheet Cakes....Meet the New Queen of Chic Cakes!

KDHamptons recently discovered a glamorous and sweet new cake queen named Stephanie Nass, or Chefanie as she calls herself.  A culinary influencer, dessert innovator, and creative caterer, stunning Stephanie Nass (aka Chefanie) studied the culinary arts as a young woman in Brittany, France and then staged at some of New York’s most highly rated restaurants including Balaboosta and Park Avenue Seasons.  Nass attended Columbia University where she earned a BA in Art History, as well as receiving a Grand Diplôme in Professional Culinary Arts at the International Culinary Center in NYC.

In addition to being a professionally trained as a savory and pastry chef, Chefanie began hosting her own members-only dinner parties called Victory Club that bring together friends of friends over the culinary and visual arts. Victory Club has held events in Manhattan and the Hamptons since 2014.

“My true passion is desserts,” shares Stephanie.  In 2016,  Nass launched Chefanie Sheets, an innovative dessert “accessory” that can elevate any store bought or homemade dessert.  She developed a gluten-free, vegan, edible, painted sheet that can be cut to any size pastry using scissors.  The sheets are fabulous for birthday parties, special events, as well as sweet branding and marketing accessories.  Such a cool idea right?

Psst! Look out for Stephanie this summer in the Hamptons.  She’s currently working on a pop-up bake shop concept. Yum! Follow Stephanie L. Nass on insta HERE or at Chefanie.com
