Duryea’s will open for the season Friday, April 14th. The Lobster Deck, Fish Market and Farmer’s Market will be open from Thursday – Monday pre-season, and going to 7 days after Memorial Day weekend. The Lobster Deck returns for the 2017 season under the direction of executive chef Pierre Sudre and new chef de cuisine James Casey Darenberg. The fresh local seafood menu features several dishes served family style as well as some small plates including: lobster cobb salad, grilled or steamed lobster, classic clam bake, shrimp basket and seafood towers, crab cakes, tuna tartare, steamers and baked cherry stone clams.

The Fish Market returns with a refreshed retail space offering fresh local seafood for purchase by the pound as well as sauces, condiments and other complimentary items for a fresh seafood meal. The Farmer’s Market at Duryea’s offers one stop shopping for a classic Montauk meal with local artisanal products including: Goodale Farm dairy products such as cheese, eggs and yogurt; Payard macarons and chocolate bonbons; Mecox Bay Dairy cheese; Fairview Farm jams and pies; Balsam and Bhumi produce and more.

The bakery offers several fresh baked items including breads, croissants, bagels, pastries and more. The barista station features Coperaco Coffee, a boutique coffee company served at notable restaurants including Alain Ducasse.  As well there are fresh flowers and newspapers.
