East Hampton Historical Society will host the annual House & Garden Tour celebrating some of the finest examples of architecture on the East End. The Kickoff Cocktail Party will take place on Friday, November 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. at a private residence in the Devon Colony, with the location to be revealed to attendees upon purchasing tickets. The House Tour will take place on Saturday, November 29th from 1 to 4:30 p.m. featuring five distinguished homes to be revealed as the event approaches.

The House Tour, originally created by then–Vice President Allen Schneider and Executive Director Karen Hensel of the East Hampton Historical Society, has been a tradition for more than three decades. What began as a small tour with just a few historical homes has grown to feature some of East Hamptons most amazing and notable homes such as famed Grey Gardens, the iconic White House, the historic Woodhouse Playhouse and one of the original Devon Colony homes, Windy Dunes.

“The House & Garden Tour is a delightful way to unwind after the Thanksgiving Day festivities where attendees get a unique glimpse into some of East Hampton’s most iconic homes while creating lasting memories,” says Dale Ellen Leff, Historical Society Trustee and Chair of the Special Events Committee. “By supporting the House & Garden Tour, you can enrich your appreciation of our community’s architectural heritage and, even more importantly, support the vital programs and museums of the East Hampton Historical Society.”

Tickets to the Kickoff Cocktail Party start at $325 and include entry to the House Tour the following day. Tickets purchased in advance to just the 2025 House & Garden Tour are $120.
