KDH loves the Easter baskets at Topiaire floral boutique in Southampton.

KDH checked in with our contributing floral expert Erin Meaney of Topiaire floral boutique to get a sneak peek at the fabulous Easter baskets and decor ideas she is working on for the upcoming holiday.  Check out her KDH Design Diary below:

Erin shares, “Growing up, Easter was a favorite holiday of mine. My mom always cooked and baked for every holiday, and our Easter baskets were absolutely dreamy! Mom always went all out on our baskets filling them with lots of candy, little toys and treats. At Topiaire, my sweet childhood memories of the Easter season inspire me to create exciting floral concepts and decor ideas for my customers. I love the smells of spring daffodils, hyacinths, tulips, pansies, soil…….and of course~ chocolate!!”

“At Topiaire we love making Easter baskets for our clients. We make them for children and also for moms & wives.  We fill the baskets with a variety of our body products, creams, soaps, candles etc.  For our botanical fans, we fill the basket with orchids, miniature violets, Olivia lemon scented soap and body cream, and a fabulous smelling lilac candle from Archipelago. Of course we always select some delicious dark chocolate eggs and fancy jelly beans to finish the basket off in true Easter style. We have an incredible selection of vintage rabbits nests and quail eggs to make it look like Easters of yesteryear. Our gorgeous grapevine baskets can be customized and filled to Easter perfection!” says Erin.
