The beloved Aussie-inspired café Hole in the Wall is heading out East for the first time, bringing its delicious brunch fare and serious coffee program to Montauk. In an exclusive partnership with The Surf Lodge, the cult-favorite spot will pop up every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., beginning July 4th weekend and continuing through Labor Day.

Born from a love of Australian café culture and shaped by the energy of New York City, Hole in the Wall is known for its coastal-inspired atmosphere, vibrant dishes, and bold coffee rooted in Aussie tradition. With locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn, Hole in the Wall is now taking on the Hamptons with an exclusive, limited-time menu curated just for The Surf Lodge.

The pop-up promises a flavorful mix of comfort and innovation, with menu highlights including acai bowls, kimchi scrambles, dulce de leche waffles, signature burgers, and cold-pressed juices and smoothies. Of course, no Aussie café would be complete without standout coffee, expertly brewed with beans from their very own Hole in the Wall Coffee Co. For those who like a little edge to their espresso, don’t miss their signature double espresso martini, already shaping up to be the summer’s best brunch cocktail.

Whether guests are recovering from a late night or diving into the weekend wellness scene, this new culinary partnership makes The Surf Lodge a must-visit brunch destination this summer. To view the menu or reserve a table, click here.
