New Weekly Specials at Almond Restaurant: Almond debuted on the Hamptons restaurant scene in the spring of 2001. The cost is $42 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone offers a world-class menu featuring fresh and naturally produced foods sourced through local, organic producers. Executive chef Mathais Brogie uses the slow food philosophy to “cook with the seasons,” creating sumptuous menus of cuisine he calls “new American with a Scandinavian twist.”
