Buddhist Meditation Class. How to Transform Your Life, with Nina Ross. Based on Geshe Kelsang’s book “How to Transform Your Life” which teaches us how to access the hidden power of the mind, and gives us clear and practical tools with which to transform our daily problems. In these classes, utilizing this wonderful text, Nina will be drawing on the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings on wisdom and love, so that we can begin responding to problems with a clear, balanced and compassionate mind.
