It’s HOT in the Hamptons! So I like to serve my guests refreshing cool cocktails. My secret summer recipe? I call it a Minty Blanco:

Here’s how to prepare it:

I take super chilled Casamigos Blanco Tequila  (the new no-hangover tequila by Rande Gerber & George Clooney), pour it in tall pretty shot glasses, which I keep in the freezer. I add a couple fresh spearmint leaves from my garden, and one ice cube to each glass et voila – the perfect summer sipping drink!
